Position: Program Manager, Oncology

Job Summary
Seeking a Program Manager, Oncology to manage complex, cross-functional programs supporting U.S. Medical Affairs and Oncology initiatives. The role will drive project execution, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple high-priority programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple Oncology projects from planning through execution, tracking milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with Medical Affairs leaders and cross-functional teams to support brand strategy and tactical planning.
Coordinate project priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables across matrixed teams.
Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
Provide regular project status updates, identify issues, and escalate risks requiring leadership attention.
Support budget planning and process management for Oncology programs.
Analyze project and business data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Manage program communications and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Support vendor performance management and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare, or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience managing cross-functional projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
Strong project/program management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing decisions without direct authority.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience managing vendor performance and mitigating project issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Oncology experience.
Finance or budget management experience.
Pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience.
PMP certification.
Travel
Approximately 20% U.S. travel, including occasional overnight trips.
