Title: Helper
Location: Houston TX USA 77060
Duration: 0-12+ Month
Shift: Monday-Friday 5: 00am-1: 30pm, 1: 00pm-9: 30pm, or 9: 00pm-5: 30am. Weekends may be required. And the shifts can change from work week to work week .
Pay: $20/Hour-$21/Hour

Responsible for cleaning, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash containers, cleaning shavings.

This role focuses on monitoring equipment performance, assisting with machine setup, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
The technician works closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED are required
Must have prior forklift and crane operation experience

Expected Role Challenges
- Learning and adjusting to the different production lines
- Forklift and crane experience, Mechanical experience/aptitude
- Troubleshooting capabilities, mechanically inclined with hand power tools
- Familiar with Excel, Oracle or SAP/ERP Systems and Microsoft word.
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Manufacturing environment (preferably Oil & Gas)
- Forklift & Crane certifications (Preferred)
