Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage 24*7 platform support and Application issues and development activities
· Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core and suite modules (Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, and Mobile) on container platforms like Red Hat OpenShift.
· Monitor system health, performance, and reliability, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and troubleshooting installation or database issues
· Application development and work with business on the requirement
· Knowledge of Service management and implement the same in service delivery
· Regular communication with clients/customers on Service tickets and deliveries
