Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced webMethods Architect with strong integration architecture and project management skills to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture strategy, technical leadership, and program delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across enterprise systems and partner ecosystems.
This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Software AG webMethods platform and strong project/program management capabilities to manage complex integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
•Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using Software AG webMethods platform (Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, API Gateway, Broker/UM).
•Define integration architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
•Lead architecture discussions for B2B, EDI, API, and application integrations.
•Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and performance standards.
•Provide technical governance and architecture reviews for integration initiatives.
•Mentor development teams and guide them on design patterns, performance tuning, and platform best practices.

Project & Delivery Management
•Lead end-to-end delivery of integration programs and projects.
•Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
•Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
•Drive agile or hybrid delivery models for integration programs.
•Provide status updates, risk mitigation plans, and delivery reporting to leadership.
•Ensure quality, testing strategy, and deployment governance across environments.

Integration Strategy & Solutioning
•Define integration strategies across APIs, microservices, B2B/EDI, and event-driven architecture.
•Evaluate modernization opportunities including cloud integration and hybrid integration architectures.
•Work with enterprise teams to integrate ERP, Supply Chain, and external partner ecosystems.
•Support solution proposals, estimations, and technical roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Experience
•12+ years of integration experience with 7+ years on Software AG webMethods.
•Strong expertise in:
owebMethods Integration Server
oTrading Networks (B2B/EDI)
oUniversal Messaging / Broker
oMy webMethods Server
oAPI Gateway / API Management
•Experience designing B2B/EDI integrations (X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet).
•Strong knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
•Experience integrating ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
•Proven experience leading large integration projects or programs.
•Strong experience in project planning, estimation, and stakeholder management.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
