Job Description:
•Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and Capture solutions using Tungsten Total Agility (KTA).
•Develop business processes, embedded processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
•Configure and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments.
•Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation capabilities.
•Develop REST API integrations with ECM, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
•Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, estimation, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
•Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
•Architecture and solution design experience.
•Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
•Banking and Insurance domain experience.
•Kofax/Tungsten certifications preferred.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
•Ability to drive technical discussions with business and client teams.
•Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
Skills Requird:
•10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.
•5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility experience.
•10+ years of Kofax Capture experience.
•5+ years of KTM experience.
•8+ years of .NET development experience.
•Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, AWS, OCR, and enterprise document processing platforms.
•Configure OCR/ICR engines.
•Implement content-based, layout-based, and script-based classification.
•Develop extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques.
•Maintain and optimize knowledge bases and validation rules.
