Corporate Recruiter (Hybrid)

Location: Marion, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Pay: Up to $39.00/hour (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across manufacturing operations and corporate business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Provide market insights related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or other high-volume hiring environments is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
