Oracle Field Service Implementation
•Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
•Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
•Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
•Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
•Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Field Workforce Management
•Configure workforce structures including:
oField Technicians
oContractors
oSupervisors
oDispatchers
oService Regions
•Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
•Optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
Scheduling & Dispatch Management
•Configure routing and scheduling rules.
•Implement automated dispatch optimization.

oEmergency Field Requests
•Improve field response times and SLA compliance.
EPC and Infrastructure Operations Support
•Support field operations related to:

•Enable real-time visibility into field activities.
•Improve coordination between project management and field teams.
Mobility & Field Execution
•Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility.

oPhoto Capture
oGPS Tracking
•Ensure offline functionality for remote project sites.
Integration Responsibilities

•Support data synchronization between enterprise systems and field platforms.
•Assist technical teams with API and integration requirements.

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
•5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
•Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
•Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
•Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
•Knowledge of service lifecycle management.
