Job Description:
Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation
•Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and enhancement initiatives.
•Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Payroll, HR, and Finance stakeholders.
•Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
•Configure payroll structures and payroll processing rules.
•Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

•Configure and support:

•Execute payroll processing cycles.
•Validate payroll results and resolve payroll discrepancies.

•Work closely with workforce management teams to integrate payroll with:

oProject Time Entry
oAbsence Management
oShift and Overtime Rules
•Ensure accurate labor cost allocation.
•Support field workforce payroll requirements.
EPC Workforce Payroll Support
•Manage payroll processes for:
oProject-Based Employees
oField Technicians
oConstruction Workers
oEngineers
oContractors
oSupervisory Personnel
•Support multi-project labor costing and allocation.
•Ensure proper payroll treatment for project assignments, overtime, allowances, and travel reimbursements.
Payroll Compliance & Taxation
•Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
•Configure tax reporting and statutory deductions.
•Support:

•Collaborate with compliance teams during audits.
Finance & Costing Integration
•Integrate Oracle Payroll with:

•Support payroll accounting and labor costing processes.
•Ensure accurate transfer of payroll expenses to finance systems.
Reporting & Analytics
•Develop and maintain:

•Monitor payroll KPIs including:
oPayroll Accuracy
oProcessing Efficiency

•Support payroll data migration from legacy systems.
•Perform:

•Validate payroll conversion results.
Training & Support
•Train payroll administrators and HR users.
•Prepare process documentation and training guides.
•Provide ongoing production support.
•Assist with Oracle quarterly cloud release testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
•5+ years of Payroll consulting experience.
•Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
•Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance.
•Experience supporting large employee populations.
•Knowledge of payroll accounting and labor costing.
