Basic Qualifications:

Immediate availability and successful completion of a mandatory background check.

Required Skills:

• Experience in leading project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Strong engagement skills with business stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document key use cases and desired business outcomes.
• Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with Field Data Capture, data migration to Databricks, and implementation across a Medallion Architecture.
• Ability to collaborate closely with development teams to support Proof of Concept (POC) execution.
• Experience in managing project stakeholders, risks, issues, schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to translate business objectives and requirements into actionable solution specifications.
• Experience in supporting testing, change management, and implementation activities.
• Strong process improvement skills ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Experience in leading or supporting training, knowledge transfer, and user enablement activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Capgemini templates and processes.
• Previous experience working in a similar role within the technology or consulting industry.
