Candidates should be proficient in troubleshooting authentication issues, admin console configurations, group and role management, domain settings, and compliance controls. Experience supporting enterprise customers with SSO integrations, directory synchronization, access provisioning, and account security policies is required. The SME profile should additionally demonstrate deep expertise in complex administrative troubleshooting, cross-product dependencies, and mentoring TSRs on advanced configuration scenarios.
