Job Title: Sr Production Scheduler

Introduction
This role involves creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. The position requires collaboration with procurement and logistics teams, monitoring production progress, and adjusting schedules as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Production Scheduling experience
- Concise communication skills
- SAP experience preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Creativity and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals
- Experience in continuous process improvement
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the production schedule based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
- Monitor production progress and adjust the schedule as needed to meet customer demands
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks that may impact the schedule
- Continuously improve the scheduling process to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
