Position Summary
US Squash is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Administrative Director to provide administrative, operational, and financial support across the organizations management team. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to organizational leadership and management staff.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with payroll administration and related personnel documentation.
- Coordinate staff and contractor clearances, onboarding documentation, and related administrative processes.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records, files, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-up on organizational initiatives.
- Support board, committee, and leadership meeting logistics as needed.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or executive support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential financial and personnel information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
