Job Description
The US-MRI Fusion Clinical Specialist is a clinical training and support role that blends clinical expertise with sales execution. This position is accountable for training providers and support staff in physician office clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, academic centers, community hospitals in the proper use of the Navigo 4D Fusion System. Ideal for someone who thrives in an OR environment and building relationships and influencing sales outcomes. It includes providing case support during product evaluations to ensure sales conversions and after-sale technical and clinical support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Ultrasound Technician or Technologist experience with prostate expertise
OR Clinical Case support experience
Proven ability to educate and persuade providers and staff during product evaluations
Entrepreneurial mindset able to work in unstructured environments
Ideal candidates will also have successful experience in one or more of the following: o US-MRI Prostate Fusion case support experience o Experience training physicians – preferably on ultrasound/imaging devices o Experience working in an OR setting with physicians
Must have a car and be willing to do overnight travel to train customers.
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
AA Degree; ARDMS Certification
Job Requirements
Train providers and support staff in procedural support, product demo, proper use of the Navigo 4D Fusion System and workflow integration.
Develop strong clinical advocates and reference sites.
Provide Case support as long as necessary to ensure providers are confident in using system and reordering products.
Work closely with sales team as technical expert to ensure high customer satisfaction and reorders.
Attend tradeshows as needed.
Maintain CRM customer call records daily and report weekly regarding progress in customer training.
Continually provide customer, competitive and market feedback.
Work within assigned budget guidelines and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
Gain strong clinical knowledge in the area of Prostate cancer and Prostate Fusion.

Compensation Information
Base: $100k
