US - Materials Analyst

Pay Range: $30.77 - $33.13/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze material inventory positions, shortages, and supply risks
• Investigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptions
• Monitor shortage reports, open demand, and past due materials
• Coordinate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand and resolve material shortages
• Escalate critical shortages with clear communication and recommended actions
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and analysis to improve material visibility, shortage management, and operational decision-making
• Ensure execution of critical tasks to support shop performance and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; 2-year degree
• Established skills and experience in Materials Management/Planning
• Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
• 3+ years of experience in Planning with MRP/ERP Systems, specifically SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, Power BI
• Strong background in manufacturing materials planning
• Detail-oriented with a critical focus on accuracy for factory performance and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and take direction from others
