Job Title: EA Business Program Manager (Contractor)
Pay: $65.16/hr

Role Overview

An execution-focused professional who serves as the business operations partner to the Enterprise Agreement (EA) Business Program Owner. This role manages cross-functional alignment, removes sales execution friction, and drives operational cadences and helps scale the EA business by coordinating priorities, tracking execution, and ensuring accountability across key stakeholders. This role acts as the operational engine enforcing subcommittee accountability, monitoring health metrics, and onboarding new offers and features and supporting strategic initiatives led by the Program Owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Owner Support & Execution Management: Partner closely with the EA Program Owner to coordinate strategic initiatives, track deliverables, drive follow-through across stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of program priorities.
  • Subcommittee Cadence: Drive monthly syncs, track action items, and enforce accountability across 6 cross-functional subcommittees (Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, Operations).
  • Health Metric & Risk Tracking: Analyze outputs from our reporting analyst to monitor program health metrics and escalate red flags with proposed solutions.
  • Maintain Executive Dashboard: Gather quantitative and qualitative reports of program progress and regularly publish their summary on an executive dashboard for executive committee updates and War Room meetings.
  • Offer and Feature release PM: Project manage launch of new buying models, offers and features, tracking readiness across functions.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops: Plan, host, and facilitate cross functional meetings and workshops to drive consensus, resolve operational roadblocks, and document actionable outcomes
  • Sales Enablement Repository: Maintain partner and field-facing enablement assets - actively gather sales requirements and collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to produce, update and publish assets

Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-8 years in Program Management, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within Enterprise Software / SaaS
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Proficient in cross-functional coordination and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, financial concepts, and enterprise business systems.
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively supporting senior program leadership and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
