US Insurance Index Wealth Specialist

As an Insurance Index Wealth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing our distribution strategy to maximize engagement with Nasdaq Indexes' Insurance Carrier partners. You will be responsible for proactively establishing and maintaining business relationships with Nasdaq Index Insurance partners' Sales and Distribution teams to support the commercialization efforts of their Nasdaq Index related products.

Your role will be crucial in relationship development, strengthening overall client satisfaction, and amplifying the educational messaging of Nasdaq Indexes in the Insurance/Annuity space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Sales, Management, and Distribution teams at partner insurance carriers.
• Support growth of existing investment products and new product launches with Nasdaq's Annuity and Index Design partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and key contact for client sales teams and financial advisors.
• Lead in-field sales opportunities, group presentations, and virtual office hours. Travel is required in this role.
• Partner across Index Insights to deliver presentations and drive adoption of Nasdaq Index crediting options.
• Position and differentiate Nasdaq Index offerings against competing providers.
• Gather client feedback to help shape new index concepts and solutions.
• Manage and develop team resources while supporting broader business and organizational priorities.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5 years of relevant industry experience

This position will be located in New York, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $116,000 - $203,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
