We are looking for a US Head of Vertical Market - Federal Government
As Siemens advances its One Tech Company transformation, this leader will shape how Siemens engages the U.S. Federal Government market and orchestrates the pursuit of high-impact opportunities that benefit from coordination across businesses and functions. The role will establish a focused U.S. Federal Government growth strategy, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and create a coordinated Siemens experience for federal customers and agencies.

In this role, you will own the U.S. Federal Government market strategy, growth agenda, business plan, and enterprise coordination model. You will prioritize the opportunities that warrant coordinated action, mobilize the right Siemens stakeholders, and help leadership make timely decisions on pursuit strategy, engagement, investment, risk, and execution. Siemens businesses retain accountability for P&L, contracting, resource allocation, and delivery. This role retains accountability for U.S. Federal strategy, cross-business alignment, strategic opportunity orchestration, and a consistent One Tech Company approach where it adds customer and enterprise value.

The pay range for this position is $171,000 - $293,000 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
