Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead deployment projects for Managed Print Services. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth transitions of customer print environments into managed service contracts. The position is remote and requires strong communication with customers, leadership, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage structured project plans across multiple sites.
• Oversee ordering, configuration, logistics, and site coordination.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide clear communication to customers and internal teams.
• Drive deployment projects to successful completion.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience (certification preferred).
• Experience with hardware/software deployment or logistics coordination.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor s degree required.
