SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Manufacturing with 12+ years of experience to design and lead integrated SAP solutions across manufacturing and enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RTR, OTC, and DTS, along with excellent solution architecture, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and develop integrated SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Own and provide quality assurance for the overall solution architecture and scope.
• Apply technology-enabled SAP solutions to deliver measurable business value.
• Provide strong knowledge and architectural guidance across:
  • SAP RTR (Record to Report)
  • SAP OTC (Order to Cash)
  • SAP DTS (Demand to Supply)
• Maintain strong knowledge of the overall SAP S/4HANA product landscape.
• Identify and apply emerging SAP technologies and solutions to support business and market opportunities.
• Work with solution teams to support SAP product development and solution initiatives.
• Support the development and enablement of senior SAP resources.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, solution delivery, and application development.
• Establish a shared direction and collaborative environment across project and solution teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions align with business and technical objectives.
• Interact effectively with senior client stakeholders and management.
• Stay current with SAP technologies, industry trends, and technical advancements.
• Support knowledge transfer and promote best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge across multiple SAP business areas, including:
  • RTR
  • OTC
  • DTS
• Proven experience in SAP solution architecture and integrated solution design.
• Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and solution development.
• Experience owning and governing solution scope and architecture.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with client management.
• Strong independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor senior technical and functional resources.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing business and technology requirements.
• Track record of professional success, preferably within a consulting services environment.
