Position Title:

Web Application Test Lead

Basic Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Must-have: Web Application Testing.
• Proficient in end-to-end testing, ensuring application quality across UI, API, and integrated systems.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and Test Management tools for effective test planning, execution, and reporting.
• 8-10 years of experience in Functional Testing – well versed in verification and validation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements.
• Experience in any backend testing, setup data for testing.
• Ability to quickly ramp up, will need to be creative on delivering on a fast project schedule.
• Good understanding of various testing tools and technologies.
• Comfortable with Onsite-Offshore collaboration and communication model.

Role and Responsibilities:

The role involves leading the DT QMCOE Ecommerce team, focusing on ensuring the quality of web applications through comprehensive testing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on tests using various automation and test management tools. Collaboration with offshore teams and rapid adaptation to fast-paced project schedules are key components of this role.
