Position Title: Onshore PMO Analyst - Global PMO
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Job description:
The PMO Analyst supports the BYTE program by keeping intake, tracking, and reporting clean and consistent across markets. This role works closely with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and the central PMO to ensure requirements, dependencies, and status are captured once, kept current, and reported accurately. The focus is on execution support, not project management. This role is critical to ensure the Global PMO team and Capgemini leadership have a clear view of progress and that delivery teams are not slowed down by process gaps or tool issues.
 
Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be local to Dallas, Texas.
 
Required Skills:
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to support multiple Delivery Leads simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a PMO or similar role within a global organization.
  • Knowledge of the BYTE program or similar initiatives.
 
Role and responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding of Delivery Leads joining the BYTE program using a standard onboarding kit.
  • Ensure kickoff and discovery activities for new markets follow a consistent process.
  • Review and manage requirements documentation, roadmap, and architecture with the Global Delivery Lead (GDL).
  • Coordinate and upload non-byte requirements to Jira Boards for other development teams.
  • Prepare and maintain Steering Committee materials, including decks and supporting data.
  • Track cross-market dependencies and maintain a consolidated view.
  • Support quarterly PI planning activities and preparation.
  • Ensure Jira and JPD tickets are created, linked, updated, and aligned with Jira Plans.
