organization. You will play a crucial role on the team by assisting with importing clinical data from the company's
field operations team utilizing statistical application software and providing feedback and guidance to ensure
quality standards are met for our customer base. If you are detailed oriented with a passion for data and insights,

The Opportunity
Diligently enter/create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility.
Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization
You will apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its
quality.
Take risks and implement ideas within established parameters.
Who you are
Possess a Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software with proficiency Microsoft Excel
Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures (tables, hierarchical
structures, flat files, etc.)
Have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions
at one time
Be efficient and have effective oral and written communication skills
Familiar with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists
Familiar with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations
Preferred
Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with minimum of 3 years of experience - preferred
Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred
