Job Title: Export Compliance Classification Specialist

Location: Hybrid Houston, TX (2 days onsite)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to support export and import classification activities. This role ensures accurate classification of technologies and products under global trade regulations, enabling smooth international operations and reducing compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify products, software, and technologies under ECCN, HS, EAR, and ITAR frameworks.
• Use ERP classification systems to manage workflows and maintain audit-ready records.
• Partner with product and business teams to assess regulatory impacts during product lifecycle.
• Provide expertise in emerging technologies, AI, semiconductors, and advanced computing domains.
• Support reporting, quality control, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of export/import classification (ECCN, HS, EAR, ITAR).
• Experience with ERP classification systems and compliance workflows.
• Background in advanced technologies (AI, semiconductors, computing).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in compliance, trade regulation, or product classification.
