Core Government Services (CGS) is searching for a Collective Training Branch (CTB) Mission Command Information System Trainer to support simulation training exercises at the Fort Bragg Mission Training Center (MTC).Essential Functions:Assists unit leadership in planning simulation training that will meet collective training objectivesPlans, coordinates, and executes simulation training at echelons ranging from Squad to Corps on various programs such as LOTS, DXTRS, ExCIS, JLCCTC, JDLM, IEWTPT, VBS3Perform classroom setup, networking of systems, and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable mission command information systemsExecutes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional timesProvides individual MCS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certificationFollows doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series "Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function"Teach and coach during exercise/event execution, Battle Simulation WorkStation (BSWS) functionality and operations to the training unit personnel who will operate simulation workstations during exercises and class training eventsPrepared to operate BSWS for the unit during execution of a training eventRequirements:Active Secret security clearance (Required)Bachelor's degree (Required)Recently retired or separated Army senior Non-Commissioned Officer / Warrant Officer / Officer with at least 6 years of Battalion or higher echelon staff experience using Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Fort Bragg driving privilegesAdvance knowledge of their principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of Army simulation training programsKnowledge of one or more Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)Must demonstrate effective teaching, instruction, presentation, and communication skillsMust have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnelArmy Warfighting Simulation (WARSIM) and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) experience is preferred.Additional Information:Full-Time, exempt, US Government Contractor working on-site at the Fort Bragg Mission Training Complex (MTC)Work schedule is 0730 - 1630, Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)Contract length greater than 1 yearMinimal travel requirementsBenefits and unique perks offered, but not limited to:Dental and Vision Insurance optionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Individual Healthcare Reimbursement Account (ICHRA)401(k) Matching Program11 Company-paid Federal holidays3 Weeks of company Paid Time Off (PTO)Short-Term and Long-Term Disability optionsBasic and Voluntary Life Insurance optionsPremium financial wellness services from Dave Ramsey's SmartDollarOver 2000 free personal educational development courses Core Government Services is an equal opportunity employer.
