Original Job Title: Congress Administrator
3 months contract, possible %2B3 months extension (6 months total).
20-30 hours a week / office hours.
1 day/week in Princeton // Home office allowed.
Will not provide Laptop equipment but the staff agency should provide this.

As an administrator, youll be responsible for operational support for Meeting, Congress & Events across Sandoz.
This role is also responsible for securing and monitoring attendee registrations, exhibit badges, sponsorships, and housing for national and regional events.

Major Accountabilities:
Event Planning & Vendor Coordination
Support association and vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events
Secure, purchase, and communicate event registrations, exhibit booth needs, and attendee needs (such as hotel rooms)

Key Performance Indicators:
Timeliness and accuracy of attendee, housing, and registration workflows

Work Experience:
BS/ BA Degree
Administrative Assistant experience
Operations Management
Project Management
Trade show & event management
