About the Role:
Join CBRE as a US Account Operations Director and play a critical leadership role supporting a global leader in data storage and technology innovation from its flagship San Jose campus.
In this highly visible position, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving operational strategy, governance, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the account. You'll lead global reporting efforts, facilitate executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement standardized processes that enhance efficiency and elevate service delivery.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Account Operations Director position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary $225,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
