Urology Surgery - Physician Assistant - Albany, NY

St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking a full-time Surgical Physician Assistant to join our General Surgery team at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York, with a primary focus on Urology surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the physicians of Capital Region Urology, providing comprehensive surgical care and supporting patients throughout the perioperative experience.

Position Details:

• First assist in urologic surgical procedures at St. Peter’s Hospital
• Provide inpatient coverage including consults, rounding, and post-operative care
• Schedule consists of two 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm) and two 8-hour shifts (7:30 am- 3:30pm)  OR 3 – 13 hour shifts (6 am – 7 pm). 
• Schedule rotates amongst providers and is a mix of weekdays and weekend shifts.

Recruitment Package: 

• Competitive base salary: $138,811 - $159,633 commensurate with experience
• The posted salary reflects the starting rand of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
