Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our urology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in urology, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as catheterizations, cystoscopies, and other urological interventions.
- Provide patient education regarding disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- No weekends or on-call duties
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Georgia.
- 1+ year of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in urology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
