Urologist needed in Mattoon, IL - $650,000 + $100,00 Sign-On!

  • $650,000 base salary
  • Bonus based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary

  • $100,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 
  • $60,000 total retention bonus
  • 33 days of PTO
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
