    • DEA: PA address required
    • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
    • Minimum Experience Required: 3 years minimum
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide comprehensive urological care to patients in an outpatient setting.
    • Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for urological conditions.
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as required.
