The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Lukes in Kansas City seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Urogynecologist fellowship trained in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) to join a growing academic, community-based womens health program. This opportunity combines the strengths of an academic environment with the accessibility and patient-centered focus of a community health system.
Position Highlights:
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders through both surgical and non-surgical approaches while contributing to clinical excellence, education, and program growth
Responsibilities include outpatient evaluation and management, inpatient and surgical care
The program supports a full spectrum of pelvic floor services including advanced diagnostics, conservative therapies, minimally invasive procedures, and complex reconstructive surgery
Robotic dedicated surgical block time provided at practicing sites and include experienced surgical teams
The practice offers collaboration with six regional Saint Luke's Health System Obstetrics & Gynecology practices and four major hospital sites, all serving as an internal referral source
Call responsibilities shared amongst providers including addition of APP and OBGYN physicians covering some nights
