As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful floral displays that brighten customers days. You'll work closely with your team to ensure high-quality presentation and care for floral products, helping to boost the visual appeal of local retail stores.
What You'll Do As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for
Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products
Following planograms and completing light paperwork
Building attractive and eye-catching floral displays to enhance the shopping experience
Lifting, moving, and organizing floral product and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is preferred but not required training is available for the right candidate
