What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Repairing production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking machinery.
- Assisting with the installation of new machinery and performing light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed.
- Conducting inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
- Diagnosing malfunctions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other maintenance-related duties to support continuous production.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with reading measurements, following detailed instructions, and documenting work.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with control systems.
- A positive, teachable attitude and willingness to grow technically.
