As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll help create beautiful floral displays that delight customers and enhance store environments. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure floral sections are attractive, fresh, and well-maintained, supporting the overall shopping experience.
What You'll Do
As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays to ensure they look vibrant and inviting
Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products to keep them fresh and appealing
Following planograms and completing light paperwork to ensure displays meet company standards
Building eye-catching floral arrangements and displays that attract customers
Lifting, moving, and organizing floral products and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area
Traveling locally to assist at nearby store locations as needed, especially during peak floral seasons
What You'll Bring

Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Salem, NH, with shifts primarily in the mornings, including weekdays and weekends. Additional hours are available during major floral holidays and peak seasons, offering up to 30 hours per week.
