Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

As a Machine Operator, you'll be essential in producing top-quality fluoropolymer items like Teflon bags, drum liners, labware, and more. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly and quality standards are met.
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce fluoropolymer products
Reviewing work instructions, specifications, and production requirements to ensure accuracy
Gathering and organizing materials needed for daily production
Conducting quality inspections to verify finished products meet standards
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety procedures
Completing production tasks efficiently while upholding quality
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
Strong work ethic and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
