Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

As a Machine Operator, you'll be essential in producing top-quality fluoropolymer items like Teflon™ bags, drum liners, labware, and more. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly and quality standards are met.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce fluoropolymer products
• Reviewing work instructions, specifications, and production requirements to ensure accuracy
• Gathering and organizing materials needed for daily production
• Conducting quality inspections to verify finished products meet standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety procedures
• Completing production tasks efficiently while upholding quality

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
• Strong work ethic and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
