URGENT: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for all activities of the Shipping and Receiving department as well as inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound - Loading/Unloading, Staging
• Perform distribution process with various departments, including Material Handling
• Inventory and Auditing - verify product, manifests, invoices and orders
• Prepare Outgoing shipments by inspecting, weighing, labeling, loading
• Data Entry, prepare documents, and ensure accuracy
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage - prepare materials by using necessary tools

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving process and Carriers
• Understands S/R processes and paperwork - BOLS, Manifests, Invoices, Work Orders, etc.
• Previous forklift, hand tools and electric pallet jack experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
• Deadline and detail-oriented, ensure "HOT" requests are fulfilled promptly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
