A leading HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee Service, Retrofit, Building Automation, Sales, and Warehouse operations.

This is a high-level leadership opportunity for someone who can improve processes, drive profitability, develop teams, strengthen customer relationships, and help lead the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications:
• 15+ years of commercial HVAC/service experience
• 8+ years of P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Financial and operational expertise
• Knowledge of Service, Sales, Retrofit, and Automation
