Job Title: Stockroom Associate
Location: Boston, MA (50 Northern Ave & 11 Fan Pier Blvd)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Stockroom Associate to support daily sales and stockroom operations across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include managing inventory, unpacking and restocking products, assisting customers, supporting account managers, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, organize, move, and restock inventory on a weekly basis.
Lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
Support daily customer service and sales activities.
Identify and communicate potential sales leads to account managers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain records, update databases, and handle email and phone communications.
Meet assigned sales and account support objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of undergraduate education.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in life sciences, chemistry research, or laboratory environments.
Understanding of the research marketplace and business trends.
Previous experience in inventory, stockroom, or customer support operations.
