Pay Rate: $22.00 $25.00/hr. on W2 without benefits
Night Shift Differential: May apply; decision forthcoming
Assignment Length: 12 months
Work Arrangement: On-site
Shift Schedule Friday Sunday, 12-hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
An additional 4 hours will be scheduled throughout the week with the supervisor to meet the required 40 hours per week.
Note: Contractors will work approximately 9 months in this assignment and then move to another area, which will be determined at that time.

Education
High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required.
Purpose of the Position
Provide temporary manufacturing operator support for the Membrane Manufacturing facility to deliver samples to customers.
Essential Job Functions
Provide manufacturing support for a 24/7 operation.
Perform day-to-day tasks to maintain continuous operation of the manufacturing line.
Actively participate in a positive safety, quality, and inclusive culture through both voice and action.
Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment used.
Identify malfunctions in equipment operation and, with appropriate approval, take corrective actions.
Perform in-process analytical testing, including work-ups and simple interpretations as described in work instructions.
Provide support to Managers, Supervisors, and other team members in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
Understand and apply information presented during specific safety, manufacturing, and other related training sessions.
Work in accordance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory agency guidelines.
Work effectively as part of a team under the direction of chemists and supervisors.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of plant, laboratory, and facility-related capabilities.
Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and related equipment during each shift.
Assist the Maintenance group with operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
Communicate effectively with manufacturing staff and other departments as needed.
Preferred Experience
Hiring Manager prefers 2 3 years of experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Pre-employment physical is required.
PPE is required and will be provided by the site, including anti-shed uniforms, hair and beard nets, hard hats, safety glasses, etc.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Chemicals in the working environment may include:
Nitrocellulose (in IPA)
