Urgent Hiring for Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Saginaw, MI

We are seeking an experienced PCU RN to provide high-quality care to patients with complex and evolving medical needs. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Pay Rates

• Local RN: $62/hour
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process.
  
• Assess patients, monitor changes, and implement appropriate interventions.
  
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education.
  
• Evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate on care-plan updates.
  
• Delegate and coordinate care with nursing support staff and the interdisciplinary team.
  
• Float to other PCU/Med-Surg units as needed.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of RN experience – Required
  
• Neuro PCU experience – Required
  
• BLS (AHA) – Required
  
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
  
• NIHSS – Required
  
• Recent travel experience – Highly Preferred
  
• Active Michigan RN License – Required
  
• Current PCU skills checklist – Required
  
• Two recent supervisory references – Required
