Description

We're building something new.

Our Autism Independence Program is a non-clinical service model focused on helping autistic teens and adults build real-world independence, confidence, self-regulation, communication skills, and quality of life.

We are seeking an experienced Autism Independence Program Lead to oversee a small team of Autism Independence Specialists while helping shape and grow a new service line from the ground up.

What You'll Do:• Lead and support a team of 4-5 Autism Independence Specialists• Develop individualized independence support plans• Coach and mentor direct support staff• Collaborate closely with families• Support clients with moderate to high support needs• Help staff navigate challenging behaviors safely and respectfully• Participate in developing systems, training tools, and program protocols

Preferred:• BCBA certification• Master's degree in a related field• Experience supervising RBTs, DSPs, autism specialists, or direct care teams• Experience with adult transition programs, supported living, or community inclusion services

Schedule:• Start at approximately 5-10 hours per week• Typical weekday availability between 2:00 PM-7:00 PM• Occasional weekend availability

Benefits
