A veterinary practice is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its dedicated clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys managing urgent medical cases in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to companion animals.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of urgent medical conditions in canine and feline patients.
Perform urgent care procedures and minor surgical interventions within the scope of practice.
Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate recommendations to pet owners.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic medical record systems.
Provide compassionate client communication and education throughout the treatment process.
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold high standards of medical care, patient safety, and client service.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
