Summary
Join CentraCare's Urgent Care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages with acute illnesses and injuries. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions while working alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver timely, evidence-based care. You'll have access to modern technology, on-site diagnostic resources, and a strong interdisciplinary team that empowers providers to practice at the top of their license while ensuring seamless coordination with primary care and specialty services when needed.

Schedule

  • Full-time | .8 - 1.0 FTE | Onsite - Willmar Main
  • 12 hour shift, 8 flexible shift
  • 7:30a - 7:30p
  • Every 3rd or 4th weekend shift

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $124,302.05 - $144,654.85 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
