    Allied Physicians Group is looking for a Pediatric Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Allied Physicians Group in Staten Island, NY as we build a best-in-class pediatric urgent care experience.

    Clinic Hours: Weekdays 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Weekends 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

    As a Pediatric Urgent Care Provider, you'll deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative, child-focused environment while helping expand access to pediatric healthcare beyond traditional office hours.     What You Will Do

    • Provide urgent and episodic care for pediatric patients, from infancy through young adulthood

    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in a pediatric urgent care setting

    • Deliver clear communication, education, and reassurance to patients and families

    • Perform procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, and foreign body removal

    • Collaborate closely with other providers, nursing staff, and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience

    • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within athenaOne EMR

    • Support innovative care delivery models, including telemedicine services

    Ideal Background

    • Experience in Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care

    • Passion for delivering outstanding care to children and families

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

    Qualifications

    • Active New York State License

    • Board Certified

    • PALS

    • Current DEA Registration

    • Pediatric Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred

    • Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner

    • athenaOne experience is a plus!

    Compensation: $150,00 - $170,00 annually

    The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
