Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
- Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with children and parents.
- Help manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
- Assist in tracking children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Support children in reaching developmental milestones.
- Assist in implementing activities that promote self-esteem and social skills.
- Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
Requirements:
- Substitute Teacher Certificate
- Participate in staff and training meetings.
- Commit to continuing education.
- Experience in implementing the Creative Curriculum.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary Range:
$28,411.50 – $ 49,977.96 based on level of education and relevant experience
