Pay: $17.75 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Upholstery Puller position with a manufacturing client. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Qualified candidates should have:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, upholstery, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and build instructions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to safely operate staple guns, heat guns, glue guns, drills, and similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Upholstery Puller ResponsibilitiesThe
Upholstery Puller is responsible for installing pre-sewn upholstery skins over molded components to create finished boat interior parts. This position plays an important role in ensuring products meet production and quality expectations.Responsibilities include:
- Review production schedules and daily work requirements
- Inspect and trim pre-sewn upholstery skins as needed
- Stretch, fit, staple, and glue vinyl or carpet materials to molded components
- Assemble interior boat components such as cushions, side panels, bow wraps, backrests, and motor box covers
- Operate heat guns, staple guns, glue guns, drills, drivers, and related tools safely
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet established production goals and takt times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements for the Upholstery Puller
- Stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Occasionally squat, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and reach overhead
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
- Work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, vibration, varying temperatures, noise, and exposure to workplace chemicals
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves
