Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment near Linn, Kansas. This opportunity is based in a well-supported long-term care (LTC) facility focused on high-quality, resident-centered care.

Position Details

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Location: Near Linn, KS
• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
• Schedule: Night Shift
• Hours: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (option to extend or convert if desired)
• Compensation: Up to $1,700 per week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy (as applicable), and other procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility standards
• Support residents and families with compassionate care and communication
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active LPN license in Kansas (or compact license)
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• BLS Certification required
• LTC/SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
