Unloader Team Lead Compensation and Hours:
- 2:30am – 11:30am with overtime as needed
- $23.00/hr.
- Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed
Unloader Team Lead Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Good oral, written and electronic communication skills
- Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to use a manufacturing ERP system
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience with electro-mechanical automated equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift, stand, and work throughout shift
Unloader Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counting trailers in the yard to report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and to outside vendors
- Must be able to communicate well via email and phone calls – will be speaking to outside vendors and internal management team
- Must have sit-down forklift experience
- Must be able to step in and help physically unload trucks as needed
