Pay rate: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr on W2 without benefits
Shift: Starts with 5am/ 6:15am/ 6:30am

• Load/unload parts on production line.
• Perform basic visual inspection for rust or damage
• Wear PPE provided at the facility: safety glasses, bump cap, sleeves, hearing protection (where applicable) and gloves. Steel toe shoes required however a voucher is provided by client

90 days after full time hire.

• Service oriented facility. We do not make parts, we apply protective coatings.
• Environment is not temperature controlled.
• 8 hours shifts Monday through Friday. Overtime is voluntary unless mandatory due to customer needs.

1st shift position. Special note: **Clock in cannot be more than 7 minutes before shift start ** Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked for the week at standard time and a half.

NOTE: When submitting candidates for 1st shift, you MUST include a note in the comments section that they have been talked to about the lifting and are comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis. 1st shift is more physical, and we want to vet out anyone that wouldn't be able to adhere to that requirement.
