About the RoleWe're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this dual-role position, you'll split your time between building financial relationships and supporting daily teller operations. From opening new accounts and processing consumer loans to accurately handling cash transactions, you'll support a variety of member needs while delivering an exceptional member experience. What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in helping members improve their financial lives by building meaningful relationships, uncovering opportunities to save them money, and recommending solutions that fit their goals.
